Quote #1 Pg. 77 Paragraph 1 “He loved you so much” she would say out loud at the end of a story “He left you with us”
I chose this quote because it kind of shows the connection the have between each other the care and trust for one another. I think that it’s a sign of appreciation of her being in her life and how she treasures it.
Quote #2 Pg. 129 Paragraph 3 “Do you see your children? My father blurted out as though he’d been waiting a long time to say it. Do you see how much they’ve grown?”
I chose this quote because It shows that they are all happy to see with their own eyes that the newest members of the family are thriving and full of life. They are all living their lives happy as can be and no matter what happened, happen, or is soon to come their together.
I think that it’s going to be all good for a while then I think the dads might die soon enough. This would be a very great struggle to overcome and they know that they need to move forward and prepare for what lies ahead. Instead of what is already done.
My question is what do you think is going to happen to the dad? Do you think he might die? What do you think might kill him? Do you think that there is a bit more to his fibrosis?

To your first quote, I liked because it's reassuring to hear that from someone when your feeling sad. I think she was cheered up to hear that her father cared about her well being instead of thinking he just left her.
To your second quote I liked because it shows a sense of pride. He is proud of the kids he's raised and obviously loves the way they are growing as people. I would be proud of my kids if they had the personalities his children do.
To your questions,
1) Sinse this is only your 2nd post, At the time i thought he was going to live because the title is "Brother I'm Dying" and it seems to have nothing to do with the father.
2)No I didn't think he was going to die
3)If he was going to die I think it would be because of his sickness and how it takes away his appetite
4) considering America's technology, I think it's only the Fibrosis. If the American hospitals say that is what it is, I believe them.
